Wonderful experience with Geneva! We talked to several flooring companies and had multiple quotes. Hands down Geneva had the most transparent and clearest process. I double checked their measurements and they were spot on. Prices were good too. Demo went smoothly and best of all the floors look awesome. Great attention to detail and accommodated all of our requests. I don’t often give 5 star reviews but Geneva definitely deserves it! Thank you!

I was helped at Geneva by Carrie who provided excellent service, not only with design decisions but also with the wood floors installation direct supervision. The crew that worked at my place was very good, they were organized and respectful. They completed the task in the time. Changing carpets to wood floors in my home was a nice experience thanks to Geneva Flooring.

We went back to Geneva Flooring for a new living room floor this year after having worked with them previously on bedroom floors a few years ago. We were happy to see Geneva continues to be an excellent, professional company. Carrie in the office was super helpful in helping us pick out the right floor. And once we had decided, we were very quickly able to get on their schedule. Nuno did the install for us and his attention for detail and professionalism was amazing. Super happy with our floors and very satisfied with getting it all taken care of quickly, on time and on budget. 5 stars to the team all around.

We had used Geneva Flooring approx 8 years ago and loved them-so when we wanted to update our bottom floors, we returned to Geneva. Judy remembered us and was so relaxed and calming and believes "you need to love where you live". Pamela was SO helpful in coming to our home to help pick our new flooring that would work best with our existing cabinets, walls etc( she found the winner after many trials from my husband and I). Nuno was AMAZING!!! We requested having him install the new floors because he did such a great job originally. He is a master at his craft!!! Does a beautiful job!! We love our new home! I found Geneva flooring through a google search. They had a lot of good reviews and their reviews are spot on. I had 1 week to turn over the carpet due to pet accidents. Pamela and the team at Geneva called their contacts to see what could be delivered within 2-3 days that fit the quality and pricing requirements and within 1 day they sourced great quality carpet at a reasonable price and scheduled me for the install before the end of the week. They are efficient, knowledgeable and communicate really well. I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs including a big range of hardwood, stone and carpet choices.

Loving my new floors from Geneva Flooring. Carrie pulled a rabbit out of a hat by finding a match to my existing flooring. I was so happy about that, but then when Nuno came to do the installation, I was over the moon! He did a perfect job, worked quickly without rushing or short cutting, was super attentive to all the details, and always checked with me whenever there was an option to be sure I would be happy with what he was planning to do. He clearly enjoys his craft and is really good at it! Very happy with my new floors, and looking forward to using Geneva again in the future.

Amazing. We recently had floors installed in our house. After visiting a few local places we were fortunate to have selected on Geneva. Pamela was so incredibly helpful with reviewing the many floprimg options, and overseeing planning and project management process. Nuno... what to say, my friend, you're the best. Your attention to detail throughout the entire instalation was amazing. If you're considering new flooring, save yourself the hassle of visiting multiple locations and go see Geneva. You won't be disappointed.

We are just completing a full house build in North PB and Geneva is without a doubt one of the best companies we’ve worked with over the year long project. Lisa was our rep, who was a pleasure to work with, knew her trade, and made the scheduling and payment process a breeze. Cornelio was our lead installer and his work speaks for itself. He and his team installed 2,500 sq ft of beautiful engineered hardwood throughout our new home. I’m pretty type A, and I was blown away with the final results. We don’t even need to install trim or a skirt on our stairs because his cuts are that precise against the wall. He also was one of the nicest guys on the job. Always working well with the other trades and offering to move their materials with them if needed. If every trade was this good, this building process would be a breeze. Thank you, Geneva. We will be recommending you to everyone!

We had a wonderful experience with Geneva flooring. Initially we planned to replace our kitchen floors and decided to do the entire first floor- and I'm so glad we did. The new floors have transformed our space. We discussed our project with several flooring companies and Geneva came in at a reasonable price and was by far the most transparent about the overall cost. We worked with Carrie Gustafson throughout the process and she was communicative, honest, and easy to work with! The process was very easy and turn around was very quick! They removed old slate floor, which was not as easy task! Cornelio installed our floors and they are absolutely stunning, right down to the last detail. He even came back to our house to remove some flooring when our dishwasher didn't fit (our mistake, not his). I highly recommend Geneva flooring for all of your flooring needs!
