Ways to work with Geneva Flooring

We want to support your client relationship and make it easy to shop for flooring with us. Each of our designers has a different process, so you can talk to us about your preferences. Some designers are paid for their time and pricing for their clients is completely separate. Some designers want to pass on their industry discounts, and some operate off those built in commissions. Let us know how you would like to work.

You are welcome to do all the shopping for your client, check out samples, and bring them back. Or you can bring your client in to look at all the options themselves. If you are looking to partner with us for installation we will come out to the jobsite for a measure and consultation. If you have a preferred contractor we will work with them on quantity orders and transitions. We do not want to compete with your system, so just let us know and we will be delicate.

We have a conference room for our designers and contractors to utilize with their clients. Please let us know ahead of time and we will make sure the room is yours to roll out blue prints, spread out cabinet, tile and paint samples, and have those conversations with your clients.

Technology

We are excited to have visualization technology to integrate pictures of your client’s homes with the floors they are considering. Please bring in or email pictures of your client’s home and we will help you see the floors they are considering laid out next to their furniture and cabinets. You can consider direction orientation and color variation. We also have a large screen in the showroom where we can display their picture, and scan samples to see different options instantly. Bringing in a picture of their home when they shop will help us use this feature right away. Otherwise you can email it in and we will send it back with the floor they like in the picture.

Industry partners and referrals

We have been in this location since 1999 and have developed relationships across all contracting industries. Please ask us if you need a referral for a painter, general contractor, real estate agent, handyman, or furniture movers.

We also keep lists of the industry partners we work with like designers, real estate agents, and contractors to invite them to our networking and reward events. We like to throw mixers, rent boats, and have game nights to get together to celebrate our wins and relationships.
